what i write:

stories of some kind. they come in all shapes and forms, more often as fragmented journal entries, but also academic papers with a ‘twist’. i narrate in the first person - i have written about ‘writing the self’ - which also means that i never know where i am going to end up. i have landed at interesting places though and what i write are archives of the journey.

why i write:

there is something truly magical about ‘having written’, and a feeling of accomplishment when a ‘text’ goes into the world. sometimes that magic can be felt in the writing process already and in my writing i have been seeking to unlock that. i am curious about how writing can be inhabited as a site of experimentation and a vehicle that may enable more embodied and connected modes of being in, with and beyond language.
